I love this style and especially the fingers. They really emphasize the style. xD

I think her limbs are a bit weird in her arms. Try drawing the limbs and structures to get a more realistic (albeit stylized effect). Another thing is her eyes... They're a bit different. Try drawing one and copying the layer, moving then transforming it. xD

I'm not perfect myself but I want to just give some advice that might hopefully help.
